Create your recognition values

Create the values that you want your employees to recognise each other against. Then decide who can do the recognising against each value - will it be everyone or just managers?

Create some perks

As well as giving employees the opportunity to publicly recognise each other online, you can easily set up some perks, like an afternoon off or a cinema ticket. Then, you just give each nominated recogniser a perks limit and timeframe in which to give them.

Set up your emails

Decide what you want to say in an email at each event in the process. We've already set up some templates to make it even easier for you.
