Wanda Goldwag, Non-executive Chair
Wanda Goldwag is an experienced Non Executive Director and marketing expert specialising in entertainment, loyalty schemes and human resources.
Wanda currently holds a wide range of Directorships including the Performing Right Society, one of the UK’s largest music organisations, Challenge Training the UK’s leading provider of equal opportunities training and True North Human Capital Ltd the recruitment and talent management specialists. She is also an advisor to Smedvig Venture Capital.
In April 2008 the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform John Hutton reappointed Wanda as a Postcomm Commissioner.
Previously she was Executive Director of British Airways-owned AIR MILES the UK’s leading loyalty scheme.
Wanda has held a number of senior marketing roles in companies as diverse as Fidelity Unit Trust, Thorn EMI and Thomas Cook.
Richard Kingston, Finance Director and Chief Information Officer
Richard Kingston has held a number of senior positions including Head of Pricing and Control at Salomon Brothers International, Global Chief Operating Officer at Credit Lyonnais Rouse, Chief Technology Officer at SOCX (Settlements and Operations Clearing exchange), and Chief Financial Officer at Exchange Systems Technology.
Among his achievements Richard Kingston is credited with the reorganisation of operations and IT and the wholesale upgrade of mission critical back office systems at Credit Lyonnais Rouse. At SOCX (a back office solutions provider) Richard managed the IT infrastructure and development team that supported Deutsche Bank’s cash markets business. More recently, he sat on the board of Exchange Systems Technology, a back office derivatives software supplier, where he raised venture capital backing and was instrumental in the eight-fold growth of the client base during his three-year tenure.
